well thats great Jey, good to know, however when your PM is full, and no communication from you to multiple people, what do you want us to think ? If you are a seller, you must keep comunication up and running. How about getting a web site together so your resellers can actually get an answer as to why something happens.
You are advertising all this stuff sometimes 3 times a day, getting told by Moderators cool it, that indicates something is wrong.

So moving forward, how about posting events here on the Forum ?

Lots of channels locking up, but can Jey send complaints to the right people is the question. Maybe he should give us all an alternative to contact or PM someone who can keep us up to date?
