Also, after changing/adding device ID stuff, you may need to ask your reseller to do a reset on the portal for your account. The account will "marry" to the first box that connects to it.

You should probably TRY a VPN, to makes sure it is not ISP blocking.

Not long ago, the largest cable internet provider here in QC ended up blocking OK4. I ended up switching those affected and had no VPN available to OK3. Lasted about a week before they lifted the block. But I would not be surprised if it was a test of future things to come.

I had 3 customers that flagged to me that they were down last week (most others have backup services [as they should] so they don't care), but they are back up now with no issues.

I have not tried OK3 with VPN for a while. OK4 I know works with VPN since I have used it myself (since my ISP is a flanker brand of the one that was blocking, so I was affected also a while back). OK3 I know used to block VPN I believe, but I thought they had eased up no that a little while back (But I could be wrong).

About a month ago, I used the free version of windscribe vpn and was able to connect to ok3 with no issue while running the free vpn.

Tried to use Ipvanish or cyberghost and the not supported message pops up.

Another person used nordvpn and connected with no issues with that vpn, his isp provider was some very small player.
    Thanks

On my boxes when I use VPN it is always Windscribe, and typically I use a Canadian server.

OK4 I know works with Windscribe (myself and a few friends have used it when videotron was blocking it). OK3, I have not tried in a while, so I can't comment.
