    No they were at different times. All are past the 90 day point.
    Yes getting anything off island is a PITA.

    Well I was able to get the other device reset by changing the resolution without issues. As for the third box that was power cycling, once I got it from the customer, I found that the issue was with the USB-C end of the power cable. It would work from cold for about 30 minutes, and then after warming up a bit, the box would restart. Watched this happen several times with the time between restarts getting shorter and shorter. Let the box cool overnight and would restart after about 30 minutes.

    I replaced the cable with a better quality cable, and now it runs without any issues. It has been running over 24 hours now without issues.

    Dissected the bad cable and found the soldering, pins and cables were weak and the pins were not in great shape.

    After the cable change it booted to where I could do the resolution Change and do the factory reset.

    Today I noted a new Buzz5 (v5.0.934) was pushed. Now to wait for the whatsapp messages. Haha.

    Just a point in time that is something needed to be returned I could not get it done for folks here on the island. We have no outgoing shipping. Incoming take about 3 to 4 weeks.
