That's in $USD. We use monopoly money up here Still slightly cheaper however, even with exchange rate.

Wow, I didn't realize beer was so much more expensive in ON that in QC.

Everyday prices for beer at Costco here in QC:

Case of 28 Corona, for $41

And then you have Stella (28 bottles for $41) and Heikeken (24 bottles for $31 )

It’s gonna get even more expensive in Ontario with most alcohol drinks very soon.

The sale of alcohol is expanding to convenience and grocery stores , grocery stores were selling tall can beer and wine for a few years. Sales has expanded to larger volume of products (beer cases including ready to drink cocktails (mixed drinks)

The union for LCBO have a ratified a new contract with an 8 percent raise over the next 3 years and more permanent employees.

Somebody needs to pay for the employee raises, more full time employees and the delivery costs to these stores for the products.

    The people of Ontario .

so in a few years it will be to expensive for poorer folks that do drink a lot, they will quit buying, then the union workers will loose their jobs, and then who ever is making the beer will declare bankruptcy, we see this cycle all the time.
