Default Will not connect BT250 on Bluetooth

When my Buzz X5 took the new update I lost my Bluetooth and haven`t been able to pair it again. Is there a problem with the update or just my box.

No one else has mentioned your issue as far as I can see

I'm assuming you tried removing the remote from the device list, and tried to re-pair from scratch ?
Maybe try removing it from the list. Disable Bluetooth. unplug the power from the box, wait 5 seconds, and plug it back in. Then reenable BT, and try to add new remote.

Have you tried to pair the original remote that came with the X5 ? Pretty sure most X5 came with the BT300/400 remote. The BT250 was originally distributed only with the Classic if I recall. Sure you could buy it separately, but just something to try if you still have the original BT400 remote.

I did dump any Bluetooth devices. Had to reboot a few and try pairing many times and it finally did pair. Thank you for the responses.
