Those knees cut his career to short but still the greatest all around defenceman to ever lace up the skates..
I wonder with today’s medical advancements in knee surgery if he would have had the opportunity for a longer career.

The bad surgery did Bobbys, knees in.That injury would have been fixed in hours with modern day arthroscopic.

Gordie was my idol growing up.Nobody wanted to fight him if they didn't have to.Maybe even stronger than Hull.
