I've been on their chat for hours and hours 3 times. Twice it took me half a day the next day to get my PC right again. Also I've asked at the unofficial support site and no one had an answer for why I can't use my phone keypad to make calls.

I only have the 1 PC but I've tried all 6 usb ports....and 2 cordless and 1 new corded phone.

have you try to delete MJ file from PC,restart it, do quick format of MJ than reinstall it back to the PC?
I posting my MJ files here for you, open it and use MJ remover

2 questions, do you unplug the MJ before running removal and how do you "reformat"it?

reformat: go to my comp, right click on removable MJ drive, hit quick format,it will do it, now, unplug MJ from USB port, use removal tool, reboot PC, plug in back MJ, let it install, run update from my file, after it runs I guess it will ask you to register, do it, than try to make a phone call using your phone keypad, hope it will work ))))
