Please note the Domain name letters are in CAPS.

I typed the domain name in the card server setting in CAPS. But when I hit 'Add' and 'save all'. The domain changed to LOWER case.

Please let me know if that is okay? or is there anyway youcan force it to CAPS?

domain names are not sensitive to caps or lower case, both should work.

I have to fill in 1.NFPS.BZ because the I can't fill in the IP address in Domain section, it does not work for me with IP address (my FTA is Ilink 9600). So far it works but scrambled after 15 minutes, I have to switch on and off every time it scramble.

that's cause you're in domain
click on it and change to ip
