Those using the Nano/converted Ilinks and some of the noi boxes should just face it:
THE BOXES don't work well on (NFPS) IKS.. GO BUY a box that works!!
I have seen new jynx or used SV boxes on Fleabay for less than $150...
An SD SV with IHUB for about $100.... There are TONS of receivers - cheap - that WORK.

ALL the other boxes are working beautifully and the SAME group has problems.. ALWAYS the same group.
Even all most ALL of the rqsss boxes are working well.

DEEP SIX those boxes. NFPS is NOT going to tweak the servers so your boxes work and cause ALL the rest of them to STOP working.


This is simply a friendly bit of advice. Seems to me there is no reason you should be watching "BAD TV"
SO many other people (the VAST majority) are watching with NO PROBLEMS.

I don't want to recommend - per se.. All you need to do is look at a week's worth of "Freezing" thread posts and you KNOW which NOT to buy.
I heard KBox was ALWAYS junk.. BUT this thread is NOT for this.. I could be wrong. Maybe the K Box is a GREAT box. I never see it in the Freezing thread. Then again, maybe no one uses that box.

Open a thread in the Gen Chit Chat forum.

My interest is to open peoples eyes to the possibility that the BOX they use is NOT going to work well with NFPS.. I do NOT wish to start a discussion here.

So Please do NOT clutter THIS thread with this.

I thought I would go back just to yesterday in the Freezing thread to help show which boxes are NOT going to work well with NFPS per The Fix. Stop whining and buy a box that works lol

My unit stopped working on port 12210 on solaris since early evening, Since then I have checked donation # rescanned unit rebooted and I am reporting this for the second time.Noi comes up with snowy screen but does not seem to be working ,even restarted Noi . Is this port working?

With respect to the Fix's comments about Nano converted rec's having issues, I was thinking that my Nano premium was fine for the first year up till last December at that time on port 16110. Now i am on 20010 and am having freezing issues. Please take a look into this or recommend a very staBLE REC WITH DECENT PIC QUALITY....THANKS

with all due respect Fix, I had no problem with my nano se until nfps changed the domain just before the last ecm, nfps is not stable now , however it worked very well before , my other se is working fine ( it`s not on nfps) with slight freezing if any
so if my se worked very good before on nfps it should work now u would think

Does any one know why limesat ultra requires a hard reboot after every freeze lately?

If you don’t see your box here, and are experiencing freezing or not working, chances are you will need a new box along with those listed above per The Fix (see above quote). At least you do not need a new donation, yet.
