Is anyone having trouble all i get is scrambled tried rebooting everything

i got problem with sat 110w as all channel was in red.. i re scan 110w and all came back ok in the blue.. did re scan 119w and check some channels on boot sat. and all good now.

The dish signal went down for about 10 minutes on Saturday.

I have some freezing on most channels like in the 300... and no freezing on north side.
Ping on north server is fast but ping on south server time out 2 out of 4. After many try, still the same on south server. TUTUftamx will have to look this out. I am locate in Quebec, Canada. Look like the server is under attack...
