I believe it's the software and the dishpro lnb. I have the triple lnb and this last 2.3 update showed no signal at all! Had to go back to 2.2. Also tried the backup and it did not save the server settings nor the wifi, although it did save the sat info.

to save the srver settings you do it from the server list menu and press EPG

Wish they would get back the shoutcast option because it's not available with the new bin I need me some tunes ..

Shoutcast is working great on my pro version , if you installed the latest file you need to go to apps and applications and re install it . each time a file is updated this needs to be done

Using the IPTV model and it doesnt show up in the apps with 2.3 ?

I upgraded to 2.3 software and had no problems with signal on 118. It's a problem with your setup, not the file.

You may be having standard lnb set ups. I am having dish pro and dpp44 switch which has the issue.

ram66 and I have the same setup, dpp44 with dplus lnb's and I have been in this hobby for quite a while and am familiar with troubleshooting. The bottom line is that I am using the same settings for three other stb's which work perfectly well with a dpp44 and dplus lnb without issues on the exact same line. I am using the same settings on the mini as with those other stb's and it does not scan 119. I am not going out on a limb by saying I believe it is a sw issue with the mini. The only way to exclude the sw is if someone has the same hardware and is successfully scanning 119 or 118.
Simple question, does anyone have a mini scanning all tps and channels on 119 or 118 using a dpp44 switch and a dplus lnb?
If not, at the top of my wishlist is to be able to do so!

Sorry about that I didnt realize there was a newer file than 2.2 at that time , i have loaded 2.3 and you are 100% correct the app section is completly empty now , and yes i love the tunes , Bring back the SHOUTcast please.

It would be nice if this receiver can record a channel while watching a allready recorded file. This feature would make this receiver a great seller.

Would be great if we could change the channel from our device through Vlc , rather than have it sit only on one channel , Now that i have ported my box i can watch tv anywhere i go , only thing was ...i have to call home and ask someone to channel surf it for me ..lol

Just loaded the latest file 2.51 and still "no applications under app section" empty screen , but did notice youtube addition . I am running Pro version of pinwheel .
