If you're friend is using an o.e. ird, you can forget about it:cw's are 15 seconds apart most of the time.They like 5 or less.

Receive rate is also dependant on your distance from the server too...I logged 15 plus on many channels.
A vip211 will freeze often with an 11 second cw delivery.I know that for a fact...

Yes, it says server can't connect. The other service used is connecting fine so I do know it's something with the server.

Yes I did that, but havent heard back from tutu yet.
Was just hoping someone who had the new url and port could share it. Or PM me is probably better.
I know the user and password are good as it wasnt set to expire until April 2018

Contact him (or her) and request that information it will be sent to you promptly. No point posting it here. We want our screens to stay up no? Thanks guys. Yes that's why I thought it might be easier to ask here to see if there was something larger occuring to the majority of users. If it's just my neighbours service down, it can wait for Tutu to respond. If it's a larger issue I was just hoping to hear from others if there might be a global change that is needed for the url, rescan, etc.

As far as complaining about you, I did no such thing:I pointed out a fact when I said that almost all of your posts are complaints.

Try cat 6 ethernet hook up from STB to modem , not wireless , and not cat 5 cable , as it gives feedback and can mess with your connection

Well I had been wondering for a while whether or not SD channels were working. In my case, not a single SD works but all HDs come in freeze-free. Maybe my T5 hasn't been good at taking TP updates lately. I'll attempt a manual TP update (or rescan) and see what that does.

There's nothing a good rescan won't fix. As a result, the T5 guide is messed up with many channel duplicates (just like the good old days of Sonicview) but at least most (if not all) top tier HDs are coming in, including 9450. Thanks Tutu. 99% freeze-free.

Well my friend, believe what you want but I bothered to follow-up on my own post simply because it was worth the trouble of cleaning up all those duplicates (which I have yet to do by the way). I have had that T5 box since it came out and never bothered to scan (or rescan) because I had assumed it processed TP updates. Well I guess not, after months of blacked-out channels, I decided to revisit the sat menu and tend to some FTA chores. So rescan and clean-up, considering that little outside the 94xx-98xx range is worth it, it isn't such a big deal.

Moreover, if you've got a sound internet connection and a clear view to the southern sky (especially south-west @129) there's no reason your mileage would approximate mine.

I'm with you 88 but i'm still connecting right now but freezing is so bad you can't watch it best thing to do is get another code from some one else and see if it fixes the problem and if it does come back here and report it to all the other member of tutu .every thing was great with tutu until 9/21 when they changed the url i have not been the same since .

Any website that has downloads or streaming has a limit to the bandwith until the owner buys more and in this case it is obvious when you see tutu selling more he has to buy more bandwith or shed the load and unfortunate for sum of us we are the ones getting shafted until he gets greedy again and the new customers will be in the same boat as us. He needs to look after us and expand his business first by purchasing more bandwith or close it down for everyone. Tutu do the right thing fix your problem and quit trying to blame us for your problems. we are not the problem!

A wise friend commented that south has channels that freeze, some more than others, and some that do not freeze at all. At least providers (especially) Tutumx allow him to view them at affordable cost and little bandwidth for a service that cannot even be subbed legitimately up in his country The Great White North. Silly government rules...after all it is just TV!

I'm with you 88 but i'm still connecting right now but freezing is so bad you can't watch it best thing to do is get another code from some one else and see if it fixes the problem and if it does come back here and report it to all the other member of tutu .every thing was great with tutu until 9/21 when they changed the url i have not been the same since .

Amigos if I have somethin I can do yo know I always do it, if it is in my side I recognize it immediately, but how I been telling you I test your codes many times and it is not the case.


You know I do the best to help at lest the most I can.

I try both of your codes every time you report me a problem and most of the time they are good like yesterday not just test it I also ask one of a users to check it and here is what he responded to me. Taking in consideration that his internet and mine are dial up..

yes I did and when one or two channels are working the only explanation is at your end not the customers. My internet is high speed and everything else works off the same router with absolutely no problems and I even bought a new reciever and it is exactly the same then what do you say now. The problem is called shedding the load and it is very common today. Some people believe that stuff that you are telling them but you are in my field now. If I had an internal problem all channels would be down and not one or two or three left on. Please turn them on and quit shedding the load to sell more. Thank you.

The exact same situation today its becoming a joke to think that if you turn your tv on and today 2 channels are on it is virtually impossible for anyone's equipment on the recieving end to do this. They are selectively shutting the rest off and trying to pass it off as something on our end. This way they can sell it and let ithe new peoples stuff work at our expense. They are shedding load to be able to add load from new purchases. This is like loading 15 computers on a wifi system and they work slowly then you try and add 5 more then they do not work. Increase your data capacity or they will work intermittingly or go off completely. They TUTU are deliberately doing this. It will only get worse until their bandwith capacity is increased.

I understand your plight sir...it wasn't a knock on you personally.At the end of the day, iks is awful.Look to alternatives.
Renewing ANY format for a year is foolish in my mind, unless you can afford to lose.

if all the services resolve to same ip why blame tutu?

Just think of these guys selling more and more services and using different ports for data transfer and as you just said the same ip. That would appear to me that you do not understand the overselling to make more money if it was overloaded and I believe it is then TuTu selling more of iks and iptv would amount to no or limited service and you saying to not blame the person selling more just doesn't make any sense. actually I was around way before and I still have that antique sonicview, I was around when we emulated cards years before. Yes we did have sat tv thanks to some Quebec man for breaking the cards years ago.
