Yes. Server is UP, but only 300's up. Looks like it's harder and harder to beat those ECM's lately. What's totally expected. The end of IKS is coming. Sooner or later.

So in the up and down department, I'm up on both sides of the fence except that all French channels are gone up north and have been so since June 1st despite countless TP checks and scans on a Dreamlink T5. Welcome to Satfix.
The first thing I would do would be to contact your reseller or wait to see if anybody is missing them as well. It's possible that the channels were dropped.

Thanks again Anubis. Since I'm experiencing no freeze whatsoever on the remaining channels, I'll consider those channels dropped and gone... Which is kind of sad since I'm on a four-month in yearly plan.

I'd have to wait for French channels to come back then write that up since my tuner refreshes quite fast. Otherwise, I'll let the guys in he know handle this.

Well I'm very satisfied (happy) to report that all French channels with the notable exception of SE1-2-3 (channels 890-891 and 892) are back. At least, that's a start. So thanks to whoever's fixing it.

Well this is a first for me. When looking down south, I'm noticing that as of last night, all 300s are up, none of the 100s and 200s are up but all HDs in the 94xx 95xx range are up except for HBO (other movie channels are up!)

I'm sorry it isn't working for you and I Wonder what parameter is at play here. Maybe you're being affected by a "regional ECM". Kidding aside, both providers have been working for me non-stop since I last posted. Rebooting the modem and router does help a lot with freezing (clears out network traffic cache and echoes).

If all else fails, & his account status has been verified by the vendor, I suggest giving his account info to someone he trusts to try it from another stb/locality.Confirm or eliminate.

fireonice, consider the following. And I know what I'm talking about since it has happened to me on more than one occasion:

Are you running two STBs of the same brand? If so, you may at some point have inadvertendly accessed menu items (Advanced menu items that is) on one machine which consequently messes up the other simply because STBs sitting side-by-side will both respond to IR codes sent in that direction.

So if I were you, I'd consider shutting down (disconnecting) one box and attentively re-enter IP, User, Pass, DES Key, Port, etc. and see where that takes you. Then reboot the other.

Are your boxes set to static IPs while your router is not? In that case, go to the STB's IP menu and set to DHCP because routers always rotate IP addresses.

Most chances are that if most of us are connected, theere is an obvious reasons as to why you aren't.
