I will agree with you tutu I've been watching both providers and very little freeze on dish and none on bev when others servers are freezing yours seems be pretty solid.

u were advised that it must be an isp issue on "your" end.. All the downloading and rescanning in the world will not help if you have an issue with 'your' internet service provider..In other words.. you are loosing internet service from your ISP.. Fix 'your' internet connection.. ;)

Thank-you MX for your correction and now all north and south are all working well. Got to admit i have some freezing on some south channels and probably cause by server answering been to long. On ping IP i am loosing 1 or 2 losts ping out of 4 try.. by time out. Would indicate possibly slow internet provider or server to busy. My internet give download speed of 1.6 mbts. It should be a good speed. I will study it next fee days.

I did change ip to the name about half an hour ago.The server connected and work for couple of minutes.As soon as I changed the channel, the server disconnected again and has not connected until now.
I changed again to ip and name.... and reboot over and over but no luck.
Seems like it is not a proper solution.

Using my second subscription info, I have been able to verify that the North is up and there is nothing wrong with my network but the server still keeps rejecting my first subscription info. I just paid for these two donations at the beginning of the year. what else could the problem be beside the server side?

He just keep saying there is something wrong on my side. nfps works fine on this receiver, rocket works fine, I even made a mistake of buying 2 donations from these @#$%^ of which one works fine and the other just stopped working after 3 months and yet he insists there is something wrong on my end. If there was something wrong with my setup, why is the second donation working fine on the same receiver?? He has not tested the one that stopped working, he did not offer to issue me a new donation or anything all he can say is you are wrong..its on your end. and now he is telling me to take it to the forum.

this happens, i resell several services and some times, i make a code and it just wont work. after trying everything from rebooting to changing password, i give another complete code. its no big deal, i dont know why this guy wot do that for ya?

I'm sorry for the inconvenience but after the massive attack. The big B burned all the seeders and. It take some time to make it strong cas it is difficult to rebuild all the seeders at one's north is that way you can't put all the carne asada at one's, like south it have to go little by little in order to get a strong server.

Please be patient the team is working on that.

thanks for your help man. Yes I have tried using the dns and the ip. WHen I try it with the other donation, they both work fine. I have exchanged over 10 private messages with this guy and he has my id and pw. I am not sure who he is in the scheme of the tutu hierarchy but he seemed angry that I did not buy the donations from him and thus I am not entitled to his help. Not sure how the seller re-seller program works down there but you will think any server will want to make his clients happy even if they bought from a re-seller. If the re-seller is not legit, that is one thing but this seller has to be legit because this TUTUftamx took my user id and pw and verified it before he gave me the new dns and ip a few months back. He even offered to give me a free month of service for the inconvenience when their service was down due to ip/dns change. Then suddenly he was like my wife at the wrong time of the month.

The guy I bought this service from was advertising right here on this forum that he has a new server and we should pm him for the info. He did not mention he was a re-seller because after what happened with reselling a few months back I will not buy from re-sellers anymore.

What is horrible? The image quality? The stability? Connectivity?
Give us more info we will be able to help... but complaining without giving specific info is wrong!

Always check if your receivers have the latest firmware. Is your home internet connectivity stable? etc...

This is a up/down thread 6666 and not a thread to post your issues in. If all the other folks using this service aren't posting the same issue then obviously you have a issue on you end somewhere and need to go to your receiver section or the wifi/router section to try and get some help. Heck your switches could be acting up do to the cold if you are in the current cold spell areas.
