see post #540 on this thread. he says which channels he is watching with no freeze. try thoes channels. and if you still get freezing then i would think the problem is on your end. and no matter what tv101 does on thier side will fix it.

I got it to work. The ATT U-Verse Firewall blocks my connection. I had to allow the port on the firewall to work.

lol.. ch101 is an un-encrypted channel you should get no matter what. as long as your sat is pointed in the right place and you have a strong signal. and your cabel isn't shorted somewere

Well I reset the router rest the box checked my code (it's ok) and I didn't get anything other then CH 101 Then I did something I've never done before. I unplugged my powerline adapter from the receiver and from the wall and plugged it back in and it lit right up. So it apparently had to do with the Powerline adapter. Wonder why? But if someone else is having a problem, that may be one more thing they can check.

ECM right now, so you won't get anything. I have to admit, it has been tough to get in touch with anyone from TV101 lately. satcom staff was last on this afternoon, so they are around. Let's see how fast they come back from the ECM.

You've posted the same thing several times..if you'd like people to be more helpful, post more info like type of reciever, settings, signal quality etc...you may get the help you're looking for. FYI, info for server has not changed.

Heck I even changed receivers out, just in case it may be on my end and it has made no difference. I was up for awhile earlier, but now I have a black screen on 342, 122, 200, 135 and 205. I'm using the last IP I was given ending in 246 I'm wondering it it may be the port I'm on? Hummmmm.... tis to ponder

Many times when you can not ping.. the server is doing a overhaul or,,,, someone may be doing a hack as a denial of service attack and it needs to be rebooted and things of that nature.........I do know the competers have done attack their server in the past!
