Reality is, that many of the Canadian channels seem to be down at the moment.

If I start at the top of the list and go down to name a few:
CA: ABC SPARK
CA: ADULT SWIM
CA: AMC
CA: AMI TELEVISION
CA: BRAVO
CA: CARTOON NETWORK
CA: CBC
....
CA: DISCOVERY CHANNEL
CA: DISCOVERY SCIENCE
CA: DISNEY (4 out of 5 of them)
...

And many more.

Guess one of the sources is having issues..

Also:
GR: ERT 1 and ERT 2 audio seems fine, but video is mangled.
GR: MEGA is now in a small loop (was fixed and was working earlier today).

EDIT: Seem like the GR channels are now fixed (for now) :)

Just a small comment.. GR: MEGA has gone back to a quirky stream. Tried both primary and Backup players on buzz box. Primary keeps hanging and mangled audio. Backup plays, but no audio (just like VLC on PC) :) Was working fine earlier.

I have few sources for that stream all seem be be ****ty off and on I have changed it out will see how long this one lasts I also set to restart and check other streams on audio loss will se if that works too :)

Best way is to try with a VPN. Much of the throttling is targeted to specific destinations. So one server may be throttled, and in other cases another server may not. I remember last year during the world cup, half of my servers were throttled by my ISP and the other half were not even on the radar and worked flawlessly.

A few issues are occurring on the service.

Tv series: Star Trek : strange new worlds season 2 episode 3 around the 20 minute mark is freezing quite often. It was brought to my attention and have confirmed myself

Ch 1897 sportsnet Ontario-,cannot decode stream has been popping up for the last 4 or more days, usually happening during peak viewing hours between 7 and 11.
The other sportsnet channels working flawless.

Have some people I know saying they keep getting interruptions during live TV that the stream is a VOD stream (its not) and then once they either accept or cancel the prompt, the channel goes completely offline.

Many of the CA: CTV channel (example Toronto, Sudbury and Ottawa - at least the ones I tried) are in strange state. They play for 20 or 30 seconds and hang. Change channels, come back and they loop the same clip for but as a 5 or 10 second shift to the right, and then hang again :) Anyhow, when you get a chance, maybe a reset on those channels is needed, they are unwatchable in current state.

CA: COOKING CHANNEL is streaming the US: COOKING CHANNEL stream. (was the same last night, but it eventually flipped back later in the night)

I've often use MX Player as a default player with some other apps. Never tried it for BuzzTV however since I don't have any issues with it, so "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" :) I find VLC is super quick, but can sometimes be a little picky on some types of media. MXplayer takes a little longer to start, but seems to be a little more forgiving on trouble streams.

PS: If you need to continue this discussion, we should open another thread. Let's keep this thread specifically to wicked. This discussion is more "player" oriented and wicked is not tied to a single player/device.

in fact if a channel goes down or gets stuck in a loop it's fixed rather quickly

I’ve also been having issues, reason I asked (first post on site). Usually any problems fix themselves rather quickly, few glitches here and there but seems a very solid service. Never had any complaints from people till this last week. Any problems I have been able to walk them through and it gets sorted. Last couple weeks have been rough though.

I run a Formuler with MyTvOnline2, like it the most and always seems to run well. Also run Smarters as it is what I install on people’s Firesticks (seems what everyone has one and Smarters has been very reliable). Also have a Firestick in which I have run Smarters.

In reading the forum recently I have seen talk of ISPs throttling service. So a VPN was recommended. So have been running ProtonVPN, noticed a slight improvement in a few VODs that seemed to clock. Happiness For Beginners was very problematic for my girlfriend but ran perfectly with a VPN for example. But even with the VPN I still seemed to be having more problems than usual. Also have a friend in Mexico who is having problems recently with and without his VPN.

Also read it’s been the players with the Live TV suddenly cutting out and getting the VOD error. So I am now trying out the Wicked Player (Looks exactly like Smarters with a different skin). Only thing it seems to improve over the Smarters is the Live TV listings. When I get the VOD live TV error on MyTVOnline2. I switch over to the Wicked player and the channel is on the beach screen. I like trying things out before recommending them and will be changing everyone with a Firestick to the Wicked player for EPG improvement over Smarters. But still seem to have a lot of clocking and channels being wonky.

Sorry for the long message. Just trying to sort things out. Thanks for any suggestions and again service has been top notch until last few weeks as I have been receiving some complaints.

Vod is a little buggy right now

The VOD servers are at max capacity (user connections) during peak time.
There is nothing we can do about it as servers have been configured as much as they can be.
Server company provided us a new cloud storage solution to test earlier this week and we broke it within hours.
They are working on a fix to try again

We may have to move split content up over more servers if this don't work witch will take some time
We will leave it up as we do this and we will let you know once we start if the cloud don't work out

My wicked live stations work perfectly during the day. But at night many of the stations freeze to the point they are unwatchable. Last night I could hardly get any live stations but the 24/7 stations worked fine. I have a vpn and it seems to make little difference if it is on or not. I hate to go through the agony of switching isp's just to find the same problem.
I am using a firestick with smarters with 40 down.
Just wondering if anyone else has had this problem.

Was wondering if the soccer game Inter Miami vs Nashville will be on wicked anywhere? I did a search with the guide at 9pm and didn't see it anywhere. Figured it should be on some channel but can't seem to locate it.

Found it.....Didn't realize I had the MLS channels 'hidden' lol.
