from what i have seen wicked has several portals that all direct to http:// securepoint
some have periodically failed to re-direct seems like the vpn thing is just a coincidence
is all and yeah wicked and all the rest here get brute forced almost everyday its a fact anyone doubt it?
channels going down is different than the whole server going down and i doubt has anything to do with the man tryin to stop channels no not likely at all.

Thank you for that idea. I went into the app area, force stopped EVERY app, and deleted the cache.
Unplugged the unit, reset my internet
and it WORKS!! (so far)

Well, everything is working as it did before.

But the Local Global channels are still a little bit of a mess (but they have been for a while). But I believe that is at the source apparently. Hope they can get it sorted out.

Global Montreal, Regina and Vancouver are only streaming the Global NEWS feeds.
Global Winnipeg, and Kingston are streaming the Global Toronto stream.
Global Halifax is also streaming Global Toronto, but delayed by a few seconds.
Global Peterborough is looping a 10 second clip from "young and the restless" :)


Also soe new ones:
CA: LCN and FRCAN: LCN are looping.
CA: FXX is streaming the US stream

Overall, the rest seem to work fine however.

I am in Asia and never needed to use a vpn with wicked over the last year but in the last few days its impossible for me to watch without using one. Its easy to say "everything works fine for me" but thats not the case for everyone. Something has changed recently and I am not alone, a lot of whining going on in reseller groups.

I just tried IPTV Smarters Pro 1.1.1 native Windows version, and I get EPG all the way to FEB 2nd. Had a small glitch when I launched it, but then I just re-clicked the "login" option to force it to login again, and all worked perfectly. Spot checked a few Canadian and USA FHD channels and all have full EPG until Feb 2, AM.

No issues here, just powered up another box and it logged in and streaming no problem.

Solved the problem. It was a bad firestick. Netflix and Amazon played nice, but any other stuff buffered.
Factory Reset and problem was still there. Retired my firestick.

your not alone im getting a few people with issues with firestick just the older ones the 4k ones seem fine and the cubes

User/password account here and no issues with EPG (I just checked on my xrs4900).

The only issue is that I typically only get 8 to 12 hours only, but that is NOT a wicked issue, it is more of a BuzzTV 5 issue with Wicked only. If I used something like smarters or even BuzzTV 4 (I just tried on my older Buzz E1 and IPTV Smarters Pro on a PC) there is EPG all the way to Feb 13 @ 11am (I just checked CBC Montreal and a few other Canadian locals and all up to Feb 13 in the AM).

EDIT: And I had not turned on my E1 in over a month, so it took a few seconds and I could see it loading one channel at a time on the EPG page. So it is not cached EPG data.

Just a quick note, should be obvious to all users as the new category has been live all week at the top of the categories list, but PLEASE try to get through to users to use the streams in the specific SUPER BOWL LVII category that's right at the top of the categories list.
We have extra servers added specifically for these streams to handle the large expected load.

Super Bowl will be supported in the following:

- SUPER BOWL LVII Category
- FOX LOCALS category
- NFL Category (Philadelphia and Kansas team channels)

For the price of what you get it’s a great deal a few hiccups now and then are to be expected. Even at times cable tv and satellite goes down but at a much higher price. The wicked team has always been quick to reply and do a top notch job on fixing and getting things going example don’t need a vpn anymore is fixed. These servers and to keep things going is no easy task so ask yourself for the little you pay and a little down time it’s well worth it. I want to thank the wicked team for all the work they do sorry for the little rant but for those who been in this for a long time it’s better then back in the sat days when you waited a week or so for a fix.. ��

Hey, these services are pretty cheap. Always have a second service as a backup if you absolutely want something up.

I also have the M3U/XML for Pluto TV installed, so worst case, I can watch some reruns of this old house, Americas Test kitchen, happy days, Star Trek, Blue Bloods, CSI anything, Charlies angels, Cheers, etc... :) Hey, you can even watch the Bob Ross channel and relax which you see a painting come together from nothing :tehe:

I think they just keep coming up for a minute or two then back down. Panel keeps going between loading page, occasionally logging in, then goes back to HTTP 500 error. Seems like it's definitely not ready yet, fingers crossed

We are still working in the background but at this point we are not touching anything that will affect the streams running.
We will be recommencing more fixes after peak time tonight so please expect some further outages when this happens.
We will keep you updated probably in about 7hrs time from now some streams will go offline for couple hours

Hi, HGTV Canada is stuck in a loop or alternates between working but with lots of stutters.. Zero rush whatosever and I didn't even want to post about it but I have someone who like absolutely never stops watching this channel apparently and is having trouble ever since the relaunch .. I finally tuned in at the same time and indeed, it's stuck in a loop right now.. It was working for a bit but it's jammed up now, I can confirm.. No rush once again and thank you for all of your hard work so far
