my guess is rma got bounced some how which is why I said send it again
no one I know has waited more than a day for a response

Okay I got it working.

BuzzTv help desk told me what to do and I need a new remote. It was the remote that crapped-out. If anyone wants to know how I did it, I can go into detail, but for now, it's the remote that needs replacing.
