Many international channels that use to be open on 118 have remained dark since the last ECM and I hope they will be back soon.
It would be nice if there is a link or a sticky with an up to date list of open SD and HD even occasionally. I would help start it but I cannot tell if the channel is not showing due to my bad setup or to the server. It would assist those who are having problem scanning or uploading channels and update when there is a hit.

To all 118 is not up we are focusing on 110/119/129 and putting them back to normal before we add back more.. From the start our main SAT have been and as listed as 110/119/129... we said we add 118 and we did but now it back off till we get more channel up for the main sats.. Sorry to person that are looking for this but the main sat are what’s being pushed to get back to normal…

They could still be recovering from the multiple ecm's last week, that can take some time.
If you are "afraid" of something disappearing, might be worth your while to sign up with the provider.

they have been mvoing stuff around you need to check your reciver section and update your tp and re scan.. FYI you can just set you locals to NY and they will be the lower channes i.e. chn#4,6,11 and so on..

You can still add their TP #'s manually than scan TP. Some of the new transponders (TP) do not scan automatically on some rigs such as SV8K HD.

That would be somthing again best awnsred in the recive section that you have where others using the same unit can give you help and understanding.. as to the last part when seting you reciver to the local area you they are still the same number jsut the reciver put them just below the 100 chn to make life easy and simple know difrent than that of orginal ird but nor your number is jusr the local number such as chn 2 nbc or chn 6 fox and so on...

Well sorry i did not go down to the the dicemal of % of whats up not missledaing anyone or users and i think my user can see for them self what i have up....Just making a post for those to know whats up... call out or call it no matter i am happy with keeping my user informed,.. so no diffrent if it is 78.75 or 84.99 6 of one half dozen the othere.. up and coming back up in e quick turn around time is what my point... and by last look we did that everytime and with in fare turn around.....

International channels are back on 118. Some HD's are down (ESPN, ESPN2, TNT, NBA TV)

SO for the persons asking of the updats to sat supported..

As of now we have to put our foucs on 110/119/129....... with the ECM coming weekly we have to push back the lunch of the 72.7 it will still be online but for now could be a few weeks out till we see whats happneing.. also it will be instages and when we start it will start with the SD's on the 72 and then add HD as it goes online..... but at them momnent we have to put or main sat back to normal as this is where 70-85% of the users want to have support to watch tv..

thanks to all my users for your support and we will keep doing all we can to bring things back to what you have come to expect from TV101..... :cor:

also for all to know lots of chnl are moving.. if you have not rescaned in a while you will prob not get them..


Also i noticed while testing few reciver last night that some units showing some channels while other are not.. for exaple on the sv8000 i can get the new spike on 241 but it wont come up at old location 168.. but on ilink it shows on old location not new.. both units did a new sacan pre testing.. And also on SV some channle not coming in at all but will work fine on ilink and viewsat with xfta.. this may explain why some are saying they have channels missing... i have been runing test on few units to see what is happening and will post any thing i find to help correct it.

SV8000 don't have an issue with that. If you scan the transponder it will come in.

once you post what you are not getting we can log and look in to it..

as for the 8000 set your receiver to the ny,ny and you should see them in the lower section I am looking at cbs chn-2

At the moment we are focusing on putting the system back to the original channel list we had. if it was there original then it would be back...

you should be fine bro.. we don't take it off line when adding ... you should just see some slight freeze when we doing some work.. but at moment its up i have channel 139 on here Boston police.

I need help. I just signed up for tv101 last night and satcom4 sent all the info and I have put all info in very carefully and I am getting the "cannot connect to server" error message. Also I would like to ask if you have to put the : in between the numbers key such as 01:02:03: or do you not put it in such as this 010203 ? I would really like to have some help so I can get going. If his inbox was full it would tell you that when you tried to send it. Are you sure your receiver is talking to the net. Have you checked all your connections and made sure you are on the net. Tell us a little more and we can help. The server is working fine. Sounds like you are not communicating with it.

Well, I have not changed anything since my last ps. and it was working fine until my time expired, so I decided to go with tv101 and put in all the settings satcom4 gave me. Here they are without the user name and pass. Server= tv101.tk Port= 49001 Des key= 0102030405060708091011121314 I have even tried the ip address that he said you could use instead of tv101.tk Tell me anything else that would be helpful info. Thanks
I am using nfusion phoenix and running NOI . I don't think that should be a problem because I have used the same with other ps without any problems , but I thought I'd pass that along.

Okay, I have finally got it going. It seems as though I had to format the des keys with the ::: in between every two numbers. Seems like I tried that before and it didn't work, but now it is. Anyway got it going for now. Hope I don't have any more problems. Thanks

It is not over crowded. May be some work on server. You get a little freeze when the work on the server.

when you get the frezz it helps if you can post the channel so I can narrow down where the problem.. if it is few then just post two or three the channel numbers..

are you running more than one server on your xfta? and if so are they both for dn? as the only time I had this problem using the xfta was with two servers for same provider.. the box get locked up and then needs to be restart over and over and also is frezze like crazy..

Ok this is what i did Receiver:Nano2 ... I did a complete factory reset including installing all software upgrade from beginning... But very important after installing the nano to ilink upgrade immediately after do a factory default reset.... do this also after installing R2x0_2.84.ups . Use "S/W Upgrade" all the seems to be ok now.. no freeze.. good luck..:dancing_peng::

Dont have that brand receiver but 141 is not freezing .. 121 has minimal freeze maybe every 3 min.. however since i did the complete factory reset channel 202 144 etc has not been freezing..

edit: i read in another forum that this past ecm messed up certain receivers that required a factory reset to stop the freezing. i did it and it seems to have worked. anyone else with issues might want to try it first.

Best thing to do, when they are working test them all and then you can answer the question if it is asked.

I posted this before...... when it comes to PPV there are normally at any one time 3 of each movie playing we don't open all three of the same show. we do one of each so not to waste space on the server so once you land on a channel give it few and it will pop up. most the time it the 1st channel per set. i.E same show on 526,527,528,529 all have the same so we would open the 1st of that set 526, in some case we would do two....... now if you ask why well on the server we open channels in blocks based on the location of a channel on the server so to have space for other channels we will alter the channels according to what cards server they are on, same goes for some channel that are duplicated.

Thanks for the post as I have tried to help many who are having issues and I found a few things that person seem to over look as it freeze they say it the server..

* one is that they are trying to use more than 1 ps at same time on for same provider, this I don't get to be honest I have person trying use rocket, NFPS and mine all at same time most receiver say they can do more than one but fact is they don't have the ram and processes speed to make this function work good.

* Many over look the fact that if they are running a wireless connection or power line adapter and will get drop outs once going direct with cable reported back all is good

* Other problem for this is user don't know how to setup there receiver and don't know if there unit should work with the I.P. or domain.. case in point I-link 9000+ from the start with the P.S file only worked well with I.P. had many person that had to changed that also to get there issues fixed,

Other receiver that seem to be getting trouble form all the help I been doing is nano-sat, ipro, some users of NOI not all I have some that pm saying how fast the channel change is and are very happy with my server.. best to do is do some reading on you unit also trying doing factory rest and re-setup you unit.. FYI lots of channel are being moved as such if you go to channel that has moved it wont come in if it no black.. again rescan your sat's

* other time for no connection or other issues is user error it happen to the best of us.. and we are all guilty of doing it..

by this post I am not saying that freezing does not happen on the server but if you are having heavy freezing and all others are not then chances are then it not the server...

Network Settings show Connect Fail as status. The server is either overwhelmed or being rebooted to fix what ever weekend bug it might have.
