rebooted router power cycled all modems and powered off stb multiple times and still not getting channels... I havent gone through EVERY station but the news channels are not coming in still

I see many claiming lots of channels down. My plumber has 2 receivers on this server. #1 NfusionHd running goo thru a router working fine all channels that were usually working are coming in . #2 PinwheelHd has some channels working but most not. I went over and troubleshooted. His signal is fine on both receivers, his subscriptions are valid. I can only presume that something is going on at the server. I know that NFusion doesnt put out some of the Pids etc whereas the pinwheel might. Anyone satb or Pennywise got any ideas?

it's possible he is. My neighbor has an NfusionHD that is getting all the channels that regularily work. Problem might be related to how the server is treating requests from different receivers

That's right...there's just the main French channels which are working like TVA, LCN, ICI RDI, RDS but many others are not, such as RDS 2, RDS Info, TVA Sports 1-2, Canal D, Historia, etc...

No, I can confirm both the same service purchased from sxxb. I posted this because it might help the server owner figure out why the server is providing picture for NFusions and not some newer boxes. I have been told that older boxes do not sent in the ,Sid & Pid info with channel requests where newer boxes do.

There's CTV Montreal HD on 1031 as well as all the Montreal English local channels that are down. But I'll wait until it will be back up, i'm not worried :) .

Yeah I absolutely agree with you...but it was my first time having an IKS service and I didn't thought this could happen even though I've taken 1 year of subscription on multiple boxes, so that's why I regret now that I've taken 1 year instead of 3 months, that's my own opinion, as long as it stays like this, but if it comes back in the next days for example then great, I will be aware that it's possible that problems like this happen not just for some hours, I'm not blaming anyone personally I'm grateful about the awesome service I had during those 3 months from October that I've had the b3vikstv service.
And yes as you said, I understand it seems now that it's time to change to another one. ;)

from what I hear long before the way it is now you had a card in your stb and if service went down you found someone to "fix" it for about $20, drive home and in the mean time there was an ecm so put your "fixed " card in the stb and nothing, back to the "fix" guy and pay $20 again, so now $40 and you haven't watched any tv yet so you just hoped when you got home this time it works........you paid your money and took your chances

I was with another server for south and the same thing happened but the guys that lost server helped us out by getting another server and we only had to pay the difference. I hope something like this can happen. I still do have some channels

It's not a good idea to buy a year subscription at a time , although the price is more attractive . We used to be able to buy a subscription by the month , now , a three months subscription is a risk .

I have noticed that they are trying to get some channels back up because I have seen them but they freeze.

Sometimes it may help to reboot the box to get the channels back, but again it could freeze.

My nFusion HD 200s channels started to freeze this morning. HD channels are still doing well. I believe if the server is not getting a reboot soon, TV will soon go black. That's my observation.

Lets see....If i have the means and the foursight to do this, its perfect.I get the rave reviews on one service while creating another in lower profile, then one has problems and options are limited.

If this server comes back up in full, payday because revenue continues here, if not and this server goes don completely, still win because of the short time of double dipping.

In the situation you mention every provider would be down! lol, you could have Bell and 4 backups and you'd still be black!
Or you could playback your Bell pvr that you paid for.
