Another reseller has informed us that apparently the "owners" are already aware of what channels are giving them (the subscribers) the most problems. Boy, do you ever need a lesson or two in diplomacy! Wasn't "bitching", merely pointing out something that YOU requested in a previous post. The "unacceptable" comment goes without saying. It just is. I also gave everyone involved with this current problem the benefit of doubt by saying that in time, I'm sure it will be fixed. So what the hell is your problem? You are in no position to be yelling at customers. If this is the way you act all the time, I sure pity anyone that purchased from you. I know other resellers are much more understanding. Time for you to find a new line of "work".

It is up most of the time. Do you have the right info? Should contact your reseller and see if the info they gave you is connecting.

if you using the service on a non working channel some receivers will switch to dn server looking for cw. when the mismatch happens the server removes you. so best to use one at a time.

Boy that wasn't down very long now was it? what a whole 2 minutes? this is really getting to me to many to criticize and not enough to praise when things are going good.
I don't care what anyone says these guy with BevIKStv are doing a good job in light of the hardships they had to go through right off the hop,when others had shut their door without an explanation leaving many stranded.

Not sure what boxes you are using for both DN and B3V, but it should not be a problem. I am using nFusion HD and I do have both services with different providers and both are working without a hitch.
What kind of switches are you using to connect your two satellites to the box? Did you configure your box correctly to receive the two satellite dishes?

As for now, B3VIKS is very stable and hardly any freezes, so you can fudge around with DN and see how it goes.

if you have other servers on same box shut them off and see
some boxes do not know what server to pull from and will pull from all
this can be a issue when running a server for multiple providers in some fta's
