I will confirm. Tried the channel (sky sports news ) under the premium sports section and it is freezing off and on. It was just brought to my attention and I have tested the same results.

Can you also look into the Caribbean category , ch tvjsn is also experiencing some freezing.

Same here, I tried 3 episodes from beginning, middle and last season and had no issues. If problems persist, try a different player. Worked flawlessly on my Buzz E2. If it is a specific episode (which can happen), be more precise on which one.

Confirmed that there is an issue, even on my end. So you are not alone.

I tried 5 different series. 4 of them even after a minute they had not started. 1 of them took about 45 seconds to get started, but once it is started it played fine for about 2 minutes after which I stopped it.

VOD is a little better, but it does take about 10 seconds to start most of them (longer than usual, but they start). 1 of the movies I quickly tried had freezing issues. Don't know if it was just the specific movie, or server issue. 5 or 6 others I tried were fine.

I tried it on the X5 SS, E2, and on the 4900 and not working much better for some odd reason. Was working fine on my 4900 which I use the most. I used it 2 days ago. During testing I managed to get it going on one US FHD channel (don't recall which), and it took about 30 seconds to start, but then a few seconds later, it froze. Most of the other channels I tried is CA channel (CityTV Montreal, CTV Sci-Fi and Discovery Science)

Anyhow, I'll test it again later in the week, won't have time for much in the next 3 days.

We'll see.

EDIT: On panel, it does show that it is trying to stream using hls_arc, but I don't see anything regardless of which box I use. And only reason I tested today is because 1 user complained to me that TSN1 Catchup was not working for him, and that is when I realized it was more than TSN1.

no surround system , that is why it is a bit of a pain in the bum because the remote broke for my sound bar that i got from noahs ark it is so old so i have to get up everytime to change the volume if it is different when i change channels

That is WHO it usually affects. When the stream is encoded as 5.1 at the source, the box will try to passthrough the stream to an external decoder to decode. But if we don't have an external source to process the stream, it causes issues. So turning this "off" (it is NOT off by default), it will NOT try to determine if it needs any external decoders and process locally.

IF it was working before, your sure your sub is not expired maybe ?
Box connected to internet ? Check if something like youtube is working, just to confirm. With recent rain storms in QC and ON, there were a lot of outages.

I launched S01E01, took about 7 or 8 seconds to start on my buzz xrs4900. Now 15 minutes in and no issues with the stream. Don't know what box you are using, maybe try a different player ? On Buzz, try switching TV/VOD to Backup player instead of Primary. Otherwise, try using the wicked APK to see if you get same behaviour.

Keep in mind that there were a few outages in QC and ON, so there may be some data centers / routing that are not optimal tonight either. Try rebooting your modem / router and box.

It is not the server, since it plays perfectly fine here.

With your Z10 box if the progress bar stays at 0% then it is not connecting to the internet and if it stops at 10% or higher then it is a server connection problem.

July 14 was the date that The Paramount+ series (Tulsa King) began its run on CBS. This would be season 1 still. It had nothing to do with Season 2, which for now is still slated to start on Sept 15.

They seem to do this with many of their popular tv series. I remember Star Trek discovery when it first came out, it was only on CBS All Access (which is what Paramount+ was formerly known as). and then before S2 was released, they started airing S1 on CBS primetime channels. Guess it is their way to get people hooked into the series to hopefully buy a subscription to watch S2 as soon as it is available.

And the timing is perfect (10 week before S2 premiere on Paramount+). Since there are 9 episodes in S1, first episode played on Sunday, the 9th of July. The final episode of S1, will air on Sept 8 (the weekend before the start of S2).

Quick Google search shows some IPTV services don't work with Samsung TV. However, I could've sworn I have some customers that use the same setup with WICKED.

Error "Authorization Failed for above host".

Any tips on how to get him connected? Says he's used other services on Samsung TV/Smarters Pro with no issues. I searched this thread and couldn't find anything on Samsung TV.

Any help/tips would be greatly appreciated.

Is the XC URL not http://wickediptv.xyz? That's what it says in the panel so that's what I always give out. Never had anyone have issues other than this one guy with Samsung TV / Smarters Pro.

Make sure he checks URL well. Some virtual keyboards will automatically add a space after a "." and it completely throws things off. I've had many which have done this and after close inspection they realized there was a space in the URL.
Also, he can try to use the https .live domain instead of the .xyz http one.
No special characters in username/password "!/\?" etc.. ?

Good to know. He sent me a pic with how we has trying to add playlist, and everything was correct (no extra space).

Good evening, I finally found some downtime (crazy busy at work these days) and decided to channel surf a little bit on the wicked service this evening on a
buzz e5 box.

I found a few channels that required a configuration change on the buzz box with its video player as they weren’t working. Not sure if the problem resides on the box itself.

I just did a search, and outside of the "Latino" category, there are 9 channels with "latino" in thiem, and it is not those. And in the Latino category, I did not see it there either.
I also checked for "TLN" which is what it is now called, and I did not see it there either.

It's in there. The guide shows the correct show for what should be on at the time. However the show is totally different.

EDIT to remove quote. Edited again to provide accurate info for the channel. It is CBS(WBOC) that is showing a different channel.

Don't know what you are checking, but I just checked and BOTH are still there and steaming perfectly.

Don't know what device you are using, but do a refresh of your channel list. If you have the option, do a "search" or "sort". Naturally the channels are not in any order.

When you get a second can you look at the following channels, they seem to be down all morning:
FRCAN: CANAL Savoir
FRCAN: LCN HD (and in turn CA: LCN HD)

For the LCN ones, every 30 seconds it comes back, shows the same 2 second clip, and then goes back to beach scene :)

Also, CA: CTV SCI-FI has been looping the same 20 second clip for the past 10 minutes at least.

I checked OHL and WHL at least, and they are working. But each channel takes about 20 seconds before it starts to stream. Don't know if it is a server issue, or they are set to "on demand" or something. But they are working.

Some good news..Direct tv and Disney have come to an agreement. I was about a week off on my projection for a settlement to be agreed upon..anyways great news
