I had a couple customers the other day mention issues with Major League Soccer channels; specifically, Atlanta United (although they said other MLS channels too, they never said which ones). There will be a pre show type video which says "Match coverage will begin soon" but never starts. Both customers using Tivimate Player on Fire TV Sticks / Google devices. Each one using different URL's (xyz and live). One using VPN one isn't. Unfortunately, they reported after the game so I was unable to test myself - but it seems service related and not device related. One customer reported they haven't been able to access MLS games for 2 months (why wait 2 months to tell me is beyond me..). MLS game on this Saturday so hoping to check myself then. One other customer reported issues on USA WNBA group as well - same thing, game never started. Anyone else encounter these issues?

Picture attached shows game 15 mins in and still "Match coverage will begin soon" message. Customer confirmed other service had it up and running.

The last time I reported issues my customer disclosed to me, I got reported on here for lies and now have negative rep. So, I figured posting proof this time atleast would show my effort to prove the issue.

Yeah. Seems to be working for me now, atleast on WICKED app. I may have to mess around with TiviMate player. Customer still can't get it to work on TiviMate so I recommend trying on WICKED app.

So if you want UK channels, put it behind a VPN connected to UK. Probably not too difficult to do with a docker compose combined with a vpn docker image.

its easy to update a list go to pluto in windows pick any channel do a right click on the channels page hit inspect hit network to the right hit all or media do this after you have started the channel be quick to get the stitcher portal address
in the link copy the new code load the playlist in notepad hit replace replace all one click they all have the new code the pic is just a slash screen not a channel

Don't know if you noticed it, but there are 4 channels with no channel name. Name is blank :) Not that I care for them, 1 is Dr Phil channel, and 2 others are some Latino ones (peppa pig I think is one). Just saying.

On my buzz 4900 using primary player, it just shows first frame and hangs. If I use secondary, it plays video, but no audio.
The Toronto version works fine.

EDIT: Would it be possible to see if you can fix the audio/video sync for CA: LCN HD and/or FRCAN:LCN HD or if there is any other source which is in sync (at least change one of the 2 streams). Has been out of sync for a few days now.

US: SHOWTIME FHD 1080 has EPG right now until Tuesday at 8PM.
US: SHOWTIME EAST FHD 1080 does not have any EPG info, but from what I can tell it is playing the same as SHOWTIME FHD.

Check on my xrs4900, and it was working fine. Did a refresh, just in case it was cached, and still the same.

Issue may be on your end. Try clearing your cache.

And then go into menu, settings, configuration and clear EPG (assuming you have a buzz box).

Correct. I ended up locating that game on tsn3 for an end user who wasn’t familiar with the service lineup yet.

I’m inquiring more about the package overall as a lot of games are played at the same time and quite a few aware not broadcasted through that nhl package .

The other night , had to channel surf and locate the Utah game and locate a Philly game for different people . Fortunately found both.

Last year was pretty solid that nhl package overall .
As for me, I only watch the leafs and couldn’t care about watching the other teams. I usually find the leafs in sportsnet or Tsn.

Being the caring hubby that i am i cued it all up for her, and we watched the little circle turn & turn for about 10 min then it said "Error Cant play this video. Please try again later"
I have restarted the internet, restarted Z+ Neo, tried WITH and Without the VPN, and it doesnt seem to load.
Does anyone know if the server is being updated or is Wicked slowly going down?
or do i have to spend "quality time" together?

Depending on the box you have, you can download them to your box off prime time where the load is not as high. And then she can then watch them when she wants.

The following 2 channels are blank unless a VPN is activated at my end.

USA TV: US:HGTV-black screen, vpn activated starts working
USA TV: US:oxygen -black screen , vpn activated and starts working
Bringing it to sat9182 attention incase u need to flip some isp’s as mentioned in a previous post for the roots channel under premium sports.

It looks like most of USA TV category is only working with vpn at the moment

The USA tv west, USA low bit rate and USA FuLl are working well..

The following channel has been freezing for the past few weeks off and on
Ca:bravo—intermittent freezing past few weeks, reported a couple weeks ago

Testing a few vod movies and they started up after a few minutes, not sure how stable as ran it for only 30 seconds

As for tv series, no go on 2 attempts on different shows..

Servers are maxed out and new ones supposed to be deployed.as per support.

took a bit to start playing but it worked fine

Trying Tulsa King season 2 episode 6@7 for the third time and no go. It must be a hit and Miss which series works or not.
It timed out 3 times when attempting to launch episode 7. Vod still launching

What software/box are you using ? If you have a buzz box, go into menu and select "refresh" to force it to re-download the channel list.
Also, did you recently renew your sub ? If so, make sure your reseller did not accidentally add your credits with the "no adults" profile and sync :) Wicked panel does allow reseller to filter out adult channels if the customer requests it. I have 2 or 3 customers who have requested that.

a few months ago I was missing half the music channels
a simple edit of bouquets fixed it

You can always try using the wicked web portal (with firefox) or another app (like smarters) just to see if it is something to do with your box.
Server side, I have not seen any reduction in the number of adult channels.

And when you say they are "dropping off", do you mean disappearing from the channel list, or just not playing ?

Did, and still not working. WHL Edmonton and WHL Spokane currently both getting unrecognizedinput error. Tried with and without external player (VLC), with and without VPN, and tried on Smarters and TiviMate and no luck for any method. Definitely seems like a source issue.

Also, Global Winnipeg is showing Toronto, and CBC Winnipeg audio is out of sync.

Sounds more like something with your receiver/software you re using. Channel sorting, organizing, hiding, etc..
Try creating a "new" server entry and see if with a new clean server entry if everything seems to be there.

Hopefully resolved shortly. I use a few free apps for times like this when the tv series are mostly slow or unavailable to watch during peak times.

Just tried it again and finally got in. 5 attempts ..watched it already with a backup free app source.
On a side note, didn’t like the episode ..when do mafia kings start to cry?
Live tv overall is great, really great..watched it most of the day..vpn activated for some categories as I am blocked but no big deal.
I’ve told family and friends to use those free apps during peak times, or use the vod and tv series during off peak times .

i can the main thing is to get that redirected link url helper will do that
Make a m3u playlist and take it to pastebin use the pastebin raw link

if the box and or app your using has a Mac User/Password and a Playlist option
enter the pastebin raw link into the playlist option it will work better without the redirections. but the html player does help to i posted a html script for it
i have it on my onn not sure how it would load on others.

Both Ca:cp24 channels are stuck in a loop. Looks like the loop started about a few hours ago as the current time on the telecast is a few hours back from current time.
