Not sure what you have or haven't tried, but reboot everything internet related you own.If that isn't a solution,verify your account status at the account checker @ their website.If your account is valid, do you get a "failed to connect" error message?Curios what stb you're using.

Check Power Supply. At first you will start loosing channels and signal strength will drop. In the end the Sat will have red bar instead of blue. Box will still function. What's in a day? Thanks to expedited card delivery (I suppose) and excellent support. As for some of you in here, I'd recommend a good card game. I have tried rebooting receiver at least 10 times now and my modem a couple times as well. No luck.
A buddy of mine says his HD was down for a bit and had to watch SD. But he is all back up on HD and SD now.

An sd card inserted for pvr or a usb can cause this issue on jynxbox if all else seems good, signal strength, expiration. , remove sd or usb unplug cat 5 from receiver and replug,then reboot receiver.

Mea culpa...................(sat9182, I've PM'd you) Fault was at my end for sure. Blown HD module in my Dreamlink T5. Once removed I was able to scan in SD channels. All is good now, just no HD pictures until the module arrives next week.
