the hardware providing them few channels keeps crashing and we get it up for a while then back down
we have ordered more hardware but it will take some time to arrive so these few channels will be up and down till new hardware arrives

I know it sounds like repeating but it's kind of a different case since those channels are up and down every few days till sat9182 gets the new hardware to fix the issue.
So I understand what you mean and I know since they are Intl channels not too many people know about the issue since most people won't be watching them.
Anyway sat9182 has got a great service and I am sure he will fix the issue soon.

Yes because of the current mess with that virus everything is affected and takes longer to get things.
Hopefully you can keep them up most of the time till new one comes in,they just went down again so they are pretty unstable.

HI. Since a couple of days ago I have been getting a Bad or NO Signal error on most channels. A few are up in 200 's but most give the error. When I check the dish setting it confirms I have 87 to 95 % signal strength on both birds. Has anyone else had this problem?

A heads up

one of our servers is giving us a little grief
there may be some downtime late tonight or early morning

we have done what we can to keep it up for prime time right now

we will fix more when less users are on
if you see some slow channel changes or small glitches it is cause this issue

it is going to take some time to fix maybe 30 min to 1 hour downtime

provided it dont crash on us before late tonight early am we will shut it down then and do the work

if crashes before then it should notify us and we will do the work then

Don't know why it went down, but I did a factory reset three times as norm... Installed latest bin.... then rescanned my sats and everything came back!! Whooowhoooo!! So must have been corrupted somehow and fresh install fixed it up!!

No issues for me. Sounds more like a signal issue. I get that when it's windy and the neighbors tree blows across the dish line of sight to the satellite.

audio is not encrypted on 95% of channels so if you lose audio too id say signal issue somewhere could be lnb your tuner switch many factors your hd module may be loose

This is likely a problem at your end. Even if the channels were not supplied by sat 91/82 they would show only as scrambled and also it is unlikely Bell would suddenly drop a bunch of channels. You should let us know some of the channels you are missing so we can check if they are there?

No, you need to be checking your connections, switches, and lnbs for corrosion or damage.

Also check if all those channels are on the same TP, that would tell you you have a failing LNB.
